I am disappointed with the service. I ended up getting an appointment with the owner because the stylist they scheduled me with left without notice. He talked me out of the highlights / color included in the voucher and instead just colored my roots but just after 2 days I can already see some grey strands. I am equally unimpressed with the haircut. One of the staff, washed and dried my hair and then she did some weird styling with a round brush. I actually thought we’re not done and that I will sti
