Stylist never responded back to my phone enquiry to make an appointment after numerous attempts to make an appointment. So I cancelled my Groupon and went to another salon - why advertise for new clientelle if you don't respond back to your clients?

Poor customer service. Tried MANY times to make an appointment. No reply, no reply. It took contacting Groupon before I heard anything. Then the salon appeared flexible with appointments, when there was only ONE opening available. Disappointing.

Julian did an AMAZING job! He corrected highlights that I didn't love and he gave me exactly what I had wanted. I am planning on booking with him again, great service.
