They closed and I lost two treatments, I only had redeemed one out of the three treatments, so I lost the deal or groupon because of their closure. :( I liked the south side location!

Super friendly staff, I've no complaints. Procedure was done on my underarms and I was a bit scared because of what I've heard from others but it is painless.
