Sattva yoga leaves my body feeling unbalanced and in pain the next day. I'm pretty fit and have been doing yoga (all different types) on a regular basis. This seems to be the only yoga style that my body does not benefit from. Instead of leading you into a pose, the instructor just says the name of the pose and assumes that all students are able to do the most advanced version. I'd prefer if we start from the most basic and build up, so we can choose to stop at the version that suits us instead of jumping headlong into an advanced pose that our muscles may not be used to.
