When I called them to make an appointment to meet with an employee and use my groupon, I was told that I had to come in a month or two sooner than the deadline that was given with the groupon. They were very pushy about it, and did not offer a good explanation, so I never went there. I go to a different gym now instead.

They wanted to sell me another membership before I got to use my first 30 day membership that I bought through Groupon . Therefore I didn't use my first 30 days As I didn't want to be hounded To buy another membership every time I went.

I bought a Groupon to try the gym for one month. As soon as I started I was pressured into signing on for a membership before I could even get my first workout in. Almost 3-4 times a week I was asked by multiple staff members if I was joining.
