Our team of trainers each offer a unique set of qualifications and personalities. You'll never be bored working with our crew...and they will constantly challenge you with innovative workouts that keep you looking forward to your next visit.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We saw too many people fail with traditional personal training relationships. Tight schedules required working your whole day around your trainer's availability. And cost? Traditional personal training costs more too. We're not saying it's not worth it, but if you can't afford it, it has to go.

What do you love most about your job?
Our Community Fitness team LOVE the smiles on our members' face when they walk in the door at World Gym on East Avenue, where we make our home. We can't control what happens with traffic, the weather or your job...but when a member makes it to the gym we want to be the best part of their day!
