No one answers the phone when you call...it's always lots of time later you hear back. It is hard to find with NO SIGN on the outer building, you end up asking around to find it. No one was even there when I came. This is one business that doesn't know customer service. I'll go elsewhere.

Jennifer asked another massage therapist to do my massage because she was working at another job. When I arrived there was no one there. The substitute therapist (Holly) showed up and we had to wait for Jennifer Regan to bring the key to open the door so there was a delay in starting my massage. When she gave the massage it was TERRIBLE, she did not address my specific needs and instead of an hour she gave a 30 minute massage, stating she had another client waiting. She gave me a gift certificate for a 30 minute massage, however, I would not go back for yet another sub standard massage. She was dressed unprofessionally for a massage therapist -- jeans, inappropriate top and messy hair, etc. She also didn't tell me at the beginning of the massage that it would only be 30 minutes instead of a full hour which would have given me the option to reschedule. This was supposed to be a deep tissue massage, however, even though I suggested deeper pressure the pressure was very light. To say I left disappointed is an understatement. I rarely complain and would like to give praise, however, in this case I cannot. If you want to insure a successful business, you must pay attention to details -- inform your client, make sure someone is there to open the door, dress appropriately, listen to your client's needs and address them. If you begin late, perhaps compensate with more time. This is your business, you must go above and beyond if you want to succeed.

From Our Editors

For the past two years, licensed massage therapist Jennifer M. Regan of 3R Therapeutic Arts has called upon her medical background to holistically heal clients on both a physical and emotional level. During 30- to 75-minute sessions, she carefully manipulates layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve tension, increase blood circulation, and massage away aches from sleeping on a bed of marshmallows. Jennifer’s studio is within the Snyder Professional Center.
