Get a better system of managing food/drinks, maybe either having food/drinks delivered to customers when ready (because intercom does not seem to be an effective way and a hassle for customer to go back and forth to check) or provide buzzers to notify customers when food/drinks are ready.

The manager on duty and staff would not allow my younger daughter to use a lighter weight bowling ball, citing those are only reserved for young children, even though there is no formal policy so they are making up their own rules. Also, the staff gave conflicting information about the use of a light weight bowling ball. I plan on writing a formal complaint to corporate headquarters for Action Lanes.
