If I could give it 0 stars I would! WORST SERVICE EVER! To begin with we sat down and didn't get acknowledged. After about 15 minutes, I finally got up and asked one of the waitresses who our server was. She gave me an apologetic look and said it was the male server. 10 minutes later he finally shows up with a menu. We placed our drink order. My fiance ordered iced tea and I ordered horchata. He got his tea but I didn't get my horchata. Another 15 minutes I finally asked the waitress for my drink since the waiter forgot. She brought it promptly. When he finally came to take our order we had already been sitting there over a half hr. I mentioned casually to him that he forgot my drink and I had to ask the waitress for it. He replied "at least you got it". I couldn't believe how rude! The food took forever to arrive and it tasted ok. Let me mention the restaurant was not packed and the waitresses were just standing around in a group talking and texting. I had the combo plate. All in all it was almost 2 hrs. He was rude and inattentive. The only good thing was the complimentary sopapillas at the end. At the register the cashier asked how everything was. I mentioned about the horrific service. She lamented that our server was the owners son and he was the manager! That made the whole experience even worse. She said that he was the reason there were so many bad online reviews. Shameful! Won't go back again ever. There are too many other excellent Mexican restaurants where I can spend my money.
