I was really impressed with the facial. My skin looked great afterwards, and my face felt fresh and moisturized. And the massage she gave on my shoulders, face, and hands was great!

Bernadette warmly greeted me at the door. I felt rushed getting there, but after a few words with her soon started to relax. It was a last minute, much needed indulgence within blocks from me. Just a quick stop on my way home. During our initial skin-type consultation I explained I had sensitive skin and wondered if a peel might be too harsh. She suggested using a gentler product on my face, said that she customizes treatment and tailors it to each client's need. I was pleased she was flexible in that change while the coupon called for a peel, she suggested a Vitamin C mask for hydration. During the facial, she talked me through each step so I understood the process and products being used. I was lulled into a quick nap while she massaged my hands/arms after the parrafin wax and the upper back massage. I left floating on a cloud. Ahhhh! I felt truly pampered and relaxed just what was needed at the end of the week. Bernadette's candor, knowledge, flexibility, expertise, and customer service is why I'd highly recommend her to my friends and others!! :)
