Sacha Granger always waits until she gets an order to start prepping her miniature cheesecakes, eschewing quantity in favor of exacting quality. She then delivers the delicate chilled confections—made with 100% cheesecake and premium liqueurs—directly to customers. Instead of the ubiquitous slice, her Cheesecake de Granger offers cheesecake cupcakes and cake pops that make an appealing party dessert or gift. The menu is up to more than 70 flavors, but Granger is constantly experimenting and adding more. Try an alcohol-infused piña colada cupcake with a graham-cracker crust, fresh pineapple, and shredded coconut, or go traditional with a New York–style cupcake. Chocolate lovers might want to dig in to a black forest version with a chocolate-wafer crust, dark chocolate and cherry filling, and a cherry glaze.
