The required consultation includes technology that attempts to highlight flaws, is tacky, slow and the program kept crashing. **After 1 treatment, I learned this is NOT the same as other IPL treatments that can target dark spots, etc. This IPL is weaker and you need 6+ tx as compared to 3+ (per providers more for texture). Do not recommend this Groupon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only had the consultation visit so am unable to talk about the results at this time.

Scheduling process was easy, office was clean. I do wish something was noted on the Groupon about the mandatory $50 medical clearance fee, however the person on the phone let me know there would be one. Parking at the Redondo Beach location was easy.

Sharing my experience so others know what to expect. There’s an additional $50 “medical clearance fee,” something I’ve never encountered at other spas. It felt like an extra way to get clients to pay more, but I went ahead and paid it. I purchased the advanced chemical peel through Groupon, but what was provided/ what they’ll give you is actually a light peel (glycolic and salicylic acid 30%). You’re not getting an advanced peel this felt misleading. Also, the RN I saw a week prior made sure to redeem my Groupon before I even received the service, which didn’t sit right with me. On a positive note, Maggie (the provider who performed the peel) was very sweet and professional.
