they double booked their appointments, thereby making me wait almost 30 minutes for them to start their consultation;

Hi Jennifer, thank you for your feedback. We actually don't double book our consultations as for we only have one consultant on duty at a time. However, that being said I am very sorry that you had to wait and that we were behind in our schedule that day! Our greatest apologies and we do not wish to make that a lasting impression on our whole company and what we have to offer.

Staff were very friendly and explained the procedure well. However there was uneasy moment to push for the products.

Was very interested in what they had to offer, however when I want they were running very behind (not good when you have children with a baby sitter), I ended up buying more sessions because they claim it doesn't work as well with only a few. However, I didn't get a Groupon price from the 18 sessions I bought, they just took the $199.00 off from the $1995!

Hi Jamie, thank you for your response, I greatly apologize that we were running behind that day. Our groupon is essentially a trial for what we offer. Not because the groupon doesn't work but because the more sessions you do the more results you get. Kind of like working out. You can go to the gym a few times and It will still be effective, but the more you go the more results you will get! So therefore we still gave you the groupon discount towards a different package.
