With everything from traditional three-tiered wedding cakes adorned with delicate sugar flowers, to topsy-turvy birthday cakes sporting lollipops and rock candy, it's clear Delish Cakes' pastry chef and owner, Alicia, can handle almost any cake request. She creates the sweets from more than 20 cake flavors and more than 30 fillings and frostings. Because the number of cake possibilities can be a bit overwhelming, she suggest customers try out some of her signature Delish combos: such as the oreo, a moist chocolate cake filled with oreo buttercream, and the shortcake, a vanilla cake filled with fresh strawberries and preserves and iced with vanilla buttercream.

Alicia may specialize in over-the-top cakes for special occasions, but she always has cupcakes and cake pops on hand in her bakery for whenever a sweet tooth strikes.
