Never got the service and did not get a refund. Could not contact the company to make an appt.

The lady sucked. No cleaning skills!

REMOVE THIS VENDOR> Basic things were really bad. Trunk area had no attention at all. Windows were streaked inside and out, film left on the outside body. Floor mats not even vacuumed. Note that this is done OUTSIDE and should have never been done in the winter. I didn't realize most of this until I was already on the road. Had given a tip. Feel like I was really ripped off. Guy (owner) very personable, but should not have allowed me to come as all cleaning had to be done with buckets of water carried from the back of a building. Tried to contact owner using his business card. Website is defunct. E-mail came back undeliverable. I was going to give him the chance of reimbursing me but he never responded. TAKE HIM DOWN FROM THE SITE!

This carpet service made 2 appointments with me to come and clean my house, both times THEY DID NOT CALL AND DID NOT SHOW UP. I moved furniture out of two rooms and didn't hear from them until 3 days later after leaving 19 calls! BEWARE , THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND DO NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO!
