About Battle Axed
At Battle Axed, instructors lead sessions that teach attendees the fundamentals of ax throwing. Firstly, students learn how the ax is balanced. This is then applied to the concept of throwing, understanding how the ax is balanced helps throwers know how it will travel through the air. This is crucial to hitting your target. All the skills you go on to learn will help competitors in the end-of-day tournament, pitting one another against each other in the ultimate elimination tournament.

It was a fun novelty experience! We also really liked that it was outdoors but unfortunately missed out on the memo in advance that you could BYOB. But a fun experience and we will just have to go back again!

My husband and I went here for a date afternoon and had a great time. We had our own guide to ourselves, as no one else signed up during that time slot. It was brisk that day and end of fall - but we enjoyed the 1:1 time. The instructor was patient, friendly, and easy going. I'd recommend trying this at least once!
