The first visit was great. They performed the procedure. I had appointment for the second procedure, but they called a few days before and informed me that the cooling system on the laser machine had malfunctioned, and that the company that they rented the machine from was not going to fix it, so I was to contact Groupon to get refund/credit for the second procedure. Have contacted Groupon 3 times with no followup regarding my refund or credit.

Evelyn was great. Just know that this service really does hurt, but it works! Ask for a squeeze ball. It hurts WAY worse than a tattoo. Like a mini curling iron held at your vein for a few prolonged seconds. I did 3 of the 4 treatments. You can't go over the same area too many times due to possible discoloration or scarring. 2 probably would have been enough. I'm happy with the results.
