I’m genuinely surprised by all the positive reviews. I’ve had many HydraFacials before, and this was by far the worst. The entire experience felt chaotic and lacked any sense of a spa environment. It was the messiest HydraFacial I’ve ever had—water was everywhere. The provider seemed rushed, and the music was not appropriate for a relaxing setting. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

The scheduler is really rude, but I do like the aesthetician. The scheduler makes it impossible to come back though.
