I booked 3 80 min massages here. For two of the massages, I had the same massage therapist. Although the massages were great, she talked pretty much the entire time. Also, there was a mix up during my first appt. Massage therapist was over an hour late. The 3 package deal that I purchased was a great value. The location was fine to me. Ambiance was okay. I've gotten many massages over the years & I've never had to pay a deposit. After following up on my deposit being refunded (per policy), I did indeed receive my funds. Overall, my experience was decent.

I don’t understand why we’re asked to pay a deposit that never gets refunded. I was told it would 7-10 business days and it’s been way longer than that. Very disappointing. It’s false advertising.

Very deceptive deposit and cancellation practices. Very vague information about how to book packages. Massage service not provided as advertised.

Beware! I purchased a 3 massage package in Janauary. She put me on a waitlist for my third massage as the sítě showed no openings thru 12/2025! I complained and she said she is full until July. She was late for my first visit no apology if you are late you forfeit your booking fee. Wíll late you know if i ever get the 3rd one!
