Fulano's Mexican Cafe, Encinitas

One of the most-visited Mexican restaurants in Encinitas, Fulano's has a delicious menu. The excellent quality, set in a laid-back atmosphere, will make you a regular.

Thanks to its outdoor seating, Fulano's is a great option when you feel like soaking in some of that Cali sun. Streetwear attire is definitely acceptable and since it's cash-only, be sure to hit an ATM first. Its background noise can sometimes get a little loud.
