The women asked if I wanted to spend extra for a pumpkin mask, I said no thanks. She said "you only want freebie". I think that was mentioned two more times "freebie". She forgot that I spent money on the groupon I guess.

The staff was friendly and the service was average but the environment could use some improvement. I could hear the receptionist and a man talking on the phone in the lobby for about 20 minutes while I was trying to relax and enjoy the facial. The certificate also included a beverage and that turned out to be plain water, a little disappointing.
