It was my first time going. I wanted to do something nice and relaxing for my mother inlaw. The place was nicely decorated. The facial was scheduled at 11am, I thought we would be done around 12pm. We did not leave until 12.45. Both our facial specialist kept leaving and returning for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. I love supporting businesses and I thought it would have been a better experience.

The facial was very basic, the hair wrap used was dirty, it was not a relaxing environment as the full florescent overhead office lighting was on the whole time. No head, shoulder or hand massage was given, I have never had a facial without this. Just felt amateur. Will not be back.
