The place was closed at 11am on a Saturday when I booked my appointment. This was not Groupon's fault. I talked to a receptionist who scheduled me over the phone. The doors were locked when I showed up and no one answered the phones. I left voicemails and never received any call back. I checked Groupon to see it had already been "redeemed" the weekend before! What a scam. Groupon refunded my money. So disappointing.

This was the absolute best experience I've had getting my hair cut. They were so sweet and she did such a good job. Definitely go here if you get nervous about getting your hair cut - they won't let you down!

I rated 3 stars because my stylist Tay was very good, but I thought the groupon covered the entire visit then after I was rung up for extra money, had I known the groupon did not cover the entire visit I wouldn't have visited the studio. A wash & style cost more than I wanted to spend for that service & the location is too far out for me.

Devony was a fun girl. She listens and ask how I would like my hair done. I love it when the stylist is tentative to my hair because it's very hard to manage.
