Looking Good Med Spa, Englewood

The office is located in the basement of a building and very much looks and feels like a basement. The furniture is old and beat up, and the 'office' itself is dirty. The hallways are filled with boxes of files. It looks like a storage facility and not a medical office. Front desk woman is rude and aggressive. I was asked to redeem all Groupons even ones I wasn't receiving services for yet (became an issue when I tried to seek refund after visit). The table/chair I was treated on, did not have any protective paper or covering. So everyone's bodies are laying on it with no sanitation. The laser head was also not cleaned before or after my appointment. The doctor is male, which is uncomfortable. When I was brought into the room and realized this, I asked for someone else to be in the room and the staff was annoyed I asked. The doctor is kind, and took a cautious approach to the laser treatment, wanting to prevent burns due to sun exposure. So I do want to compliment there.. but overall you should avoid. There are better places, with cleaner practices and better results. It's poorly run and am not sure how they're legally allowed to be in business.

This doctor is truly outstanding and sets the highest standard of excellence in his field. Five days after my CO2 laser, my recovery has been excellent. I had no pain, only very mild itching, and my skin now looks radiant and smooth. The doctor, followed every protocol, and his team was outstanding.100% recommend him. I'm very happy with my results and would absolutely trust my skin to him again.
