They will lead you into making a contract. When you try making an appointment they will not respond.

The guy came down and refused to do the steam cleaning that I had ordered, because he said that I would not be satisfied with the results. I explained this was for a rental unit, and I really didn’t care to be picky, since it would get dirty again soon. He ended up talking me into a sort of upsell. I had no choice but to agree because he said he would leave otherwise. Spent $120 more than price.

Bought steam services, ended up getting the deluxe package. I love my results. My carpet is very clean.

This was a scam. They said they only steam the carpets, not "clean" them and if I wanted to waste my money and just steam them that was my choice. To "Clean" them was extra. I paid it and two of the rooms looked worse than before. They said they would come back and re-do but never did.
