But all this being said, the restaurant and catering outfit doesn’t neglect its simple deli roots—far from it. In fact, the sprawling menu is anchored by classic deli sandwiches, such as The Italian, which piles on premium meats and cheeses—think capicola, salami, prosciutto, and provolone—from the namesake country. And that's just scratching the surface, There’s also soups, paninis, and specialty sandwiches, as well as 22 hoagies that span the ingredient spectrum, from turkey and swiss to broccoli rabe and sharp provolone.
