What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My business is partnered with other local businesses related to fitness. We do supplements, meal prep, meal plans, diets, workouts, and body compositions. We are a one stop shop for all of your fitness goals! We provide multiple resources to make sure you get where you want to be!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
My clients receive a workout plan to do when they are not with me along with a menu, meal plan, and options to make them successful. Every 2-4 weeks, depending on the client, we redo your body comp to make sure we keep your results on track!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I got into Personal Training 7 years ago. I used to have body image issues myself so once I discovered training I fell in love. I am involved with the NPC as well which has opened up new doors for my business and we are growing rapidly!

What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to make a genuine difference in someone's life. I love the emotions behind the transformation journey and being able to share that experience with my clients. It is the most rewarding job I have ever had and I wouldn't give it up for the world.
