The staff were rude and abrasive from the beginning and the service is terribly slow. The owner was really frustrated with grouponers using their groupons all at the last minute and said "you people all wait till the last minute to use your groupons. Do you know how much we get $5 from groupon" then she attempts to tell me she's not taking her frustrations out on me. Last time I checked bread is usually complimentary at restaurants. You should get with the times and use a cash register or touch screen order. When a customer asks to see the itemized bill you should provide it so they don't feel like they were overcharged and then get scolded from you because you were busy. The restaurant wasn't even half full.

Yes- we are completely unhappy with the service we got from the woman there (owner?). Her manners need some work especially when dealing with children. We will not be recommending your restaurant to anyone. The location also leaves much to be desired. The kids food was good but ours was far too bland to warrant the price you charge

You need to offer more than your house wine by the glass or half litre. This is 2012 and there are hundreds of Italian restaurants in this city - I ordered a pasta that was supposed to have shrimp, scallops, lobster and crab in a rose sauce. I got 2 shrimps, a scallop that was as tough as a hockey puck, and fake crab and lobster that was mush and had no flavour in a bland sauce. The server did not tell us the specials, offer us pepper or cheese, and then we waited forever for our bill. I'm sorry, as I was hoping that by offering the Groupon that Latina was updating it's menu and offerings. (Please wipe off the wine list - it was filthy.)
