The owner is professional, *receptive,* kind, and compassionate. As she gently worked, she would check with me that we were moving towards the results I desired. She was also listening to my struggles in life, and she would give me little drops of her own story, here and there, which I found very inspirational! I'm looking forward to spending more time with her.
