They were horrible! They quoted me one price. but when I tried to use the Groupon they went up on their price. They said that even though everyone else can receive a 20% discount on their accesories, I was not allowed to because I had a Groupon Coupon. I though a Groupon was supposed to be the same as a gift certificate? Can they charge Groupon customers more? I was very dissapointed with their service & will not ever be back or reccomend them to anyone. Seems like it would have been worth it to them to just give me the 20% discount that they offered all their other customers. Now I won't be back when I need furniture & the friend that I was with was planning to buy a couch from them but won't now because of their rude service. I buy Groupons a lot but I've never had a business charge me more because I was using a Groupon Coupon.

Your sales staff (Troy and Dallas) left me alone for the most part to look around -- that's what I like. There's another saleman there that wouldn't let me wander and explore the options when I stopped in a few months ago. If he had been my sales associate on Saturday, I would have left without a purchase.
