Hands down the more caring place I have been to so far. My 4 pound pom is 17 years old so I have had my far share of grooming appts. I Bought three vouchers. First when I was trying to purchase I had a mix up with Groupon and the owner and daughter called and got it all figured out for me no questions asked. 5 star customer service. Second my schedule is crazy and times to get her in can be random; Ive been able to schedule her with in a week from calling. 5 star accomidation. Third I made a huge mistake and missed my appointment. Not only were they concerned that my senior dog may had passed and wanted to give me the privacy of not calling to ask about the appt. But when I called they were relieved and as accommodating to get me back on there schedule without penalty. 5 star family feel. And believe it or not in the 3 vouchers I have two more... fourth my little pom isn't the easiest to work with or groom. She is always returned looming and smelling amazing!!! Fifth they stayed late due to her grooming requiring more service than anticipated and allowed me to return at my earliest convience to ensure that my pom was groomed to perfection instead of just cutting corners. Can't say enough!!!

Sierra was very friendly and really listened to what I wanted. She asked questions to clarify that she understood what I wanted for my dog. He can be a nervous dog and she took the time to listen to what he does and why. He is very soft and fluffy just the way I wanted. Will be back.

ABSOLUTLY love the outcome with my sweet little Elizabeth ❣❣❣we found a new beauty shop for her today and it will b with Sierra ❣❣❣thanks Sierra.

I was very pleased with the cute cut for our Daisy and for the effort for our daughters dog Tinker, both Shih Tzu's.
