It was good food for a good price. The half pasta was just enough with the salad. No room for dessert, but they sounded great too. We plan to go back again.

Palermo has excellent food and service. I had the chicken livers in linguini and it was great! The atmosphere is a little too casual in my opinion, but all in all it is still a nice dining experience.

I had chicken parmesan which was good. My wife had Cajun pasta which tasted good, but was a little heavy on the sauce. Hot wings and salad was also good.

The Cajun pasta and Sicilian Chicken were excellent. Very reasonable prices and large servings. Will return for sure.

From Our Editors

Romance is in the air at Cafe Palermo, and not just because it's owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Nick and Julie Nicoletti. In homage to Sicilian cafés, antique leaded-glass panels accent the room, and green fronds of ivy and other live plants drift from the walls. Diners order from a menu of classic Italian dishes made from family recipes, most cooked to order by the Nicolettis themselves. In a nod to local tastes, they stuff some dishes with creamy provel cheese instead of plating them on Blues hockey pucks. Cheesecakes handcrafted by Julie provide a sweet finish or can be ordered whole to take home. The romantic atmosphere extends onto the patio, where a fountain bubbles and herbs and flowers lend their scents to the breeze.
