Treated me as a second class customer because I used the groupon, had to call to make sure that they were processing my impressions to get the first set of trays, when calling they acted like they didn't know who I was, very frustrating, especially when I paid $3000 to do business with them. Would have rather paid full price to be treated with respect.

Good deal, overall. I did feel like I was treated differently as a Groupon customer. All appointments were rushed, and he only wanted to see me in the beginning and end of the Invisalign treatment. It is my understanding that Invisalign clients usually see their dentist every 2-4 weeks during treatment. He just gave me all the trays and sent me on my way. One great thing about it, though, is that he always sent me gift certificates for holidays, so when it came to the end and I needed to get a permanent retainer (around$250), I was able to get it for free with my gift certificates. And I now have a perfectly straight smile!

You should inform your clients in advance that the retainer is not included with the Groupon. I still find that unacceptable. To have to pay an additional $250 for what was basically a duplicate of the final aligner trays is taking unfair advantage of the patient.
