A total loser. He scheduled an appointment with me and didn't show up. I called him and he said he lost my phone #. I agreed to schedule another appointment for Monday and he called me today to say he can't come and to set up another appointment in November. I told him to forget it and that I would contact groupon for a refund of my $99 and tell you what a loser he is. He hung up on me.
