Facialist arrived at appointment late. She did not give me full a full 60-minite session and instead, ended the session early. She also over exfoliated my face using (1) physical scrub, (2) scrubbing my face harshly, (3) chemical peel. Facialist also did not ask me my skin type which is combo sensitive. Facialist also never told me what to expect after the facial - only told me after a bad review.

Your face is red for having made the chemical peel and it is normal to be red for 4 days and then your skin recedes, and your skin will come out slowly after a few days.
