Actually no stars, but that was not an option, they bailed on two scheduled appointments then would not return my calls, still trying to get a refund from Groupon and have been getting a run around for almost a month now

Salon is nice and clean, staff is friendly and the facial is wonderful! So relaxing and stress releasing AND left my skin much much softer than before.

I went in for a facial. The sheets they had laying on the bed were disgusting!! They use the same bed for both waxing and facial treatments but don't replace the sheets between services. There was hair mixed with wax and grease stains all over the sheets. Not to mention the esthetician barely knew what she was doing....very frustrating experience!! It was anything but relaxing and enjoyable. I bought a package of 3 facial but only ended up using it once. I am not going back to that place!!

They talked me into buying a 3 pack of facials and then went out of business. Door locked when I showed for my appointment and no explanation. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
