It didn't take Bob Kildall long to realize what he wanted to do with his life after he began working at a drive-in: run a successful burger franchise. After buying his first restaurant at the age of 25, he started to build his brand around his motto, Only the Best, and Bob's Burgers & Brew was born. Since then, Kildall has grown his eatery to 13 locations, all of which boast gourmet charbroiled burgers brimming with fresh toppings ranging from smokehouse bacon and grilled pineapple rings to sauteed mushrooms and pepperjack cheese. The massive menu doesn't limit itself to just burgers, either. French dip sandwiches, prawns tempura, and Southwest chicken salads are among the many items that delight taste buds, while specialty cocktails and craft brews round out meal time. It's a formula that works. The eatery's won multiple awards, including "Favorite Burger" in Whatcom County and "Best of Food" in Yakima's Best of the Valley contest.
