I am pleased, just not excited. I have been here before so I know the difference. I waited 20 minutes past my appt time with no apology. I purchased a single process color with cut but only received my roots done and a trim. I didn't know she wasn't doing my entire head as described in "what is single processed color".I felt ignored the entire 45 minutes waiting for my color to process, Not even a how you doing over there. Just felt like being I bought a Groupon I wasn't as important, not a good feeling. I think she felt it after ahe came to wash my color out but it was too late.
