Sarah did an excellent job on my hair. I really appreciate the time she spent on doing what I had requested. She did the job and I would love to see her in the future.

Sarah was flexible w/ my appointment, which I appreciate. Service itself was underwhelming. I was excited for the Olaplex treatment but didn’t get the full experience. Used #2 at the sink, washed it off immediately. Unfortunately it didn’t sit for the recommended minimum 10-20mins, so really a shampoo/condition w/ Olaplex.

Hi Jamie, I appreciate you letting me know. When expressed that you were disappointed that the Olaplex wasn't left on longer, I asked if you would let me leave it on for 10 minutes. You mentioned you weren't worried about it and declined the service. I wasn't given consent by you to give the treatment and it then became out of my control. I would be more than happy to give you another stand alone treatment as I can see you were not happy with your service. I'm here when you are ready! 😀
