Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable when it came to the body wrap and advising you what you should wear to the session and days and times to book. The body wrap left burn marks on my body right after but luckily it went away. I tried one session and that was enough for me. I used up the rest of my sessions in the cocoon pods instead. The pods were good. I would probably do that again.

Wow! Totally bought this on a whim, but feel like it is EXACTLY what I've been missing in my toolkit for fighting the Seattle winter blues. Felt wonderful and sweated so well, without the claustrophobia of a normal sauna. Highly recommended for shaking 5he cold out of your bones!
