My 1st night here was awesome! The owner was there to greet me before class and make sure she spent time to go over everything, discuss my goals and concerns, and answer all my questions. Jeanne, the instructor was wonderful! I hadn't been to Yoga in a while so she was so helpful while not making me feel like I was holding up the class!!

The owner also taught my class was very rude. She was very curt with her instructions...not relaxing or enjoyable AT ALL. I was among other who felt the same way and would NEVER go back.
