Bad experience. I called ahead of time to verify i could come in and use the pod. She said yes. No appointment necessary. I show up. Since she has to put my information in the computer, can she take the two people who came in AFTER me. Then she doesnt know how to process voucher, use the pod. She is on the phone the whole time to do those steps. No manager called me after.

The booths are dirty; the bulbs are weak; they require eye gear and the disposable ones they offer are $1pre tax.. And they do not let you reuse those- the workers have no knowledge of the booths and their strength/uv level

I was upset to learn after driving to the salon in Pennington that the salon was out if business and that my group in could only be used at their other location further from my house. Had I known this before I would not have purchased this grouponm,
