I didn't know for the BMI and body fat test, you're not supposed to eat or drink caffeine beforehand, exercise, or drink alcohol the night before.

I was very impressed. They were very welcoming, the fitness evaluation was useful, the massage was lovely, the workout tips were excellent and they didn't try to up-sell me on anything. I'd definitely recommend this to my friends and family, especially those who are trying to get fit and want some advice/motivation or those who have been working out and want to know how they're progressing.

The doctor that I saw was so rude! He left me waiting forever then never went over the results of my testing like he said he would. He sent a front desk girl to give me a packet telling me I have terible health but didn't go over it or tell me the results of the stress test. I was ver unimpressed and would never consider using them as my chiropractor because of the way I was treated. Common courtesy wa lost on Dr. Dane.
