The food was terrible and way over priced. The hot tub down in by the lab pool area had jets that were so powerful you could't seat in in and relax.The water came shooting up from the bottom of the hot tub like a volcano.I was blind sided by the two destination fee at check out. I got the massage while there and was not at all impressed. The one giving me the massage couldn't ever get the music the play. The only thing good about us going to the Elms were comfortable a bed.and pretty Christmas decorations.

We did not have a queen bed. It was a very comfortable king.
