Muscle Memory Therapy, Citrus Heights

My journey began when I was 15 years old. I was a theater dancer. My body underwent several hours of training a day. I had persistent migraines and really bad back pain. My doctors were always surprised at the amount of tension I was carrying. Nothing seemed to work. I was heavily medicated and had no results. The medication began to make me sick; doctors discovered ulcers in my stomach. I joked that I have the back and gut of a 50-year old man. I had no hope. That was until I met a Massage Therapist that changed my life. She helped me discover the main cause of my pain and why it just kept getting worse. This healing journey was the start of my career. I began to be obsessed with anything Holistic. I studied at the National Holistic Institute. I am now a Certified Clinical Massage Therapist (CCMT). I have only been practicing massage for two years but I have not stopped my studies. I am constantly learning. I am proud of my results because I wholeheartedly want to help everyone become their greatest healed self. My goal is to stop coming to me for treatments. I want everyone to have the best quality of life and that is pain-free. Welcome to the next step in your healing journey.
