The process to get the actual "coupon" in the format that store could use took too much time. I was using the Groupon Android app but I still had to go to the internet and download something else and wait for that code to be emailed to me. Yeah, I paid $10 for a $20 voucher but the process needs to be much more on the spot, in the store ready to cash out, user friendly and not some drawn out process that took a few hours.

I frequently buy from Office Depot, and I have one of their "WorkLife Rewards cards" that allows for a periodic cash bonus if you buy enough or trade in old toner cartridges, etc.
This discount card IS NOT COMPATIBLE with the rewards card, which kinda stinks. Now I have to decide which card I will get the most benefit from.
