Kitchen should drain grease (#3) before sending out. Service was very nice. I like that you provide a carafe of salsa. It would be nice to have the booth sides cut down (or add a firm, higher seat cushion) so that customers will not hurt themselves trying to slide in and out. The table top was very high relative to seat height.
