It's only OK. They are under new management. Service as not that good until manager stepped in. Food was fine. Worth a try but don't have high expectations until new management gets some run time under their belts.

I visited this restaurant many years ago. I did not think it was good. It was just another mediocre Indian restaurant. When I saw it on Groupon, I decided to revisit. This time I was impressed by the quality of foods and the service. I have been to many Indian restaurants and this is one of the best in the DC area. Foods at Indian restaurants are usually very salty. However, foods at Minerva were not salty. They were very tasty and there was a large selection of foods at the buffet which was reasonably priced. The only thing that my friends and I missed was fresh fruits. If they add fresh fruits to the buffet, we would dine at Minerva often.
