Has been a real problem scheduling an appt. The times and dates have been adjusted and they asked me to come in early and when I did I found there were four other patients ahead of me which would have involved over an hour or more wait time. I had driven 30 minutes for nothing and expected my appointment to be at the time scheduled. I still have yet to get to my first appointment and am considering getting my money back. The appointments are always at the end of the day and only on every other Monday and Wednesdays. Not very convenient. Should be first thing in the morning. Would consider doing this at a spa next time. Office is dated and I was not impressed at consultation

I have never been seen during the time of my appointment but due to her being in the business of delivering babies I can see why she is never on time however I would think that there would be a way to allot that time in the scheduling. However I have scheduled another laser air appt on my own with out the groupon because they are nice.

She is really nice lady. Her stuff is good too she speak many language
