Christina was really nice and attentive. so the customer experience was really good However, as part of hte cleaning she was supposed to remove black heads and she mentioined there were none after the creams etc, when i arrived home, that was not the case. I have small pores, so they are not super obvious, but she has the tools (ligth/magnifying glass) for this, hence, no reason to miss or not do. Also, because she gave me a good feeling and I read good reviews, i decided to do my eyebrows and i was not satisfied. i asked for them to be kept thick, as too much of the upper part was waxed away. also, on the edge, hair was revomed around a scar and look like i'm missing part of my brow :( she didnt charge me the extra service, but now i look funny

Unfortunately since we started 10 minutes late because of your arrival and new client consultation form, we were unable to go in full depth with the cleansing process since other clients were after you and we had to fit in your other waxing services you requested as well.
